Meet Marcelle Heath

Program Director | Fatherhood & Family Service Hub

Born and raised in Battle Creek, Michigan, Marcelle Heath is a community-rooted leader with a lifelong passion for uplifting others. As Program Director of the Fatherhood & Family Service Hub, Marcelle is living out his mission: to empower fathers, strengthen families, and build a more resilient community, one relationship at a time.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with Applied Science and over a decade of experience in Early Childhood Development, Home Visiting, and Family Support Systems, Marcelle brings both heart and expertise to the work. His leadership blends real-world experience with a deep commitment to creating safe, supportive spaces for fathers navigating parenthood, relationships, and personal growth.

Marcelle is a man of faith, a proud husband, and a devoted father of three. He believes that strong fathers create strong families, and strong families are the foundation of strong communities.

Through The Hub, Marcelle is building more than a program, he’s building a movement. One built on trust, connection, healing, and hope.
